Our sophisticated key-reading device gives us access to several vehicle details stored on the ignition key including, its VIN, odometer reading, service history dates, and current fault codes or predictive data, relevant to future servicing. Most newer BMW keys have this feature.

The diagnostics give us an overview, enabling us to carry out correct servicing or maintenance as specified by the manufacturer. This reduces the risk of missing any actions that need to be addressed immediately and could also lead to identifying minor issues before they develop into more serious, or expensive, future problems. Once we have carried out servicing or other work on your vehicle, we can update its online service record, if applicable.
